A vibrant and forward-thinking primary school in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and motivated SENCO to join their dynamic team from September 2025. This is a permanent role with a combined responsibility of SENCO (0.6) and class teaching (0.4). Part-time applications will also be considered for the right candidate.

  • Qualified teacher with relevant SENCO experience or National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to work towards it)

  • A strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice

  • A clear vision for inclusive education and the ability to support staff in developing effective strategies

  • A commitment to ensuring all pupils make progress, regardless of their starting point
