Are you from a Production / Manufacturing or Line background with any supervisory or team leadership experience, looking for a highly autonomous role where you will be given support to step up into a Production Manager role, gaining further responsibility and helping to shape other's careers?

This company are an international organisation who are part of a wider group. You will be working on a close-knit site with around 15 members of staff.
On offer is a role where you will progress into Production Management. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Production department, including implementing continuous improvements and working with colleagues to ensure high quality and health and safety.
This role would suit someone who has any level of leadership skills within a production / manufacturing or relevant industry, looking for a days based role within a friendly team, where you can make a positive impact on the future of the site.
The Role:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours (days)
Leading the day to day running of production on site
Continuous improvement
Maintaining and developing in quality and health and safety
The Person:
Background in production, manufacturing or relevant areas
Any level of leadership or management experience
