We are currently seeking engaging educators who are eager to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a school setting.

Tradewind are working closely with a High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Secondary School, who are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant who is confident, knowledgeable and comfortable in supporting a range of Special Educational Needs.

The Role:

• Specific Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: HighWycombe, Buckinghamshire
• Start Date: Roles available from June 2025 & September 2025
• Salary: £90 - 95 per day (dependent on experience)
• P/W: Ideally 5dpw (Mon - Fri) - will consider part time availability

Structure of the role:

• 1:1 and small-group SEN support

• Support and implement EHCPs/IEPs

• Pupil Progress tracking, identifying developmental areas
• Support lead teaching staff
• Promote inclusivity within the school setting

Skills Required:

• Experience in supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• A flexible and adaptive character
• A direct passion for working with children and young people
• Confident communication and ability to collaborate as a team
