Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £32,000 £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 16:30

• Friday: 07:00 16:00

• Saturday: 07:30 10:30 (Every other Saturday)

Our client is a well-established name in the construction sector, renowned for supplying premium roofing materials and delivering top-tier customer service. Were currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Trade Counter Sales Assistant to become part of our high-performing team in High Wycombe.

This role is customer-facing and vital to daily operations. As the first point of contact, youll provide expert advice, handle sales transactions, maintain stock displays, and support overall trade counter efficiency.

• Greet and serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude

• Offer product guidance and expert recommendations

• Accurately process orders using our internal system

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked trade counter area

• Assist warehouse and delivery teams when required

• Previous experience in a trade counter, retail, or sales role (experience with roofing/building materials is a benefit but not essential)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Positive, hands-on approach with strong team spirit

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
