LOCATION: Highbridge

HOURLY RATE: 13.00 P/H

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Receptionist to join a well-known and highly established company, starting immediately for a temporary role lasting 4 - 6 weeks. As you are the first point of contact for the company you must possess exceptional customer care skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as needed
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors with a friendly demeanour
  • Managing email inquiries efficiently
  • Providing support and resolving queries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
