This Steel fabrication company undertakes a variety of Commercial Projects offering a full turnkey service to a loyal client base with Projects values up to 10M. This company recognises people are the heart of the business and have a history of hiring motivated graduates who go on to become directors within the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering graduate passionate about Construction or Engineering to join a well-established company where you will receive hands on training within a supportive, close knit team.
In this role you will be put on a full and thorough training program covering the fundamentals of steel fabrication including Sales, Estimating, Design and installation. You will spend time in each department improving you overall understanding so you have full versatility within the business. Eventually, you will become a fully trained Draughtsperson, producing drawings, and understanding designs.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious graduate looking to take the next step in your career where you will gain amble knowledge and skills whilst progressing you career and increasing your earnings.
