Are you an operations coordinator, with experience in leading teams, looking for a varied role that will see you assisting in all areas of the business, and offers a two week Christmas shutdown?

Are you experienced in the implementation of new systems and looking to join a well-established company that offers a company bonus and progression?

This company has been established for the past two and a half decades and in recent years has seen exponential growth in both headcount and revenue.

The company are a road planing contractor, offering high quality planing, fine milling, and surface mining. Completing projects across the UK, they are looking to expand their market to overseas.

The Role:

• Spearhead the implementation of new systems across the business, keeping the company at the forefront of recent technologies
• Collaborate with other departments in the business to ensure projects are being completed to the highest quality
• Coordinate the onsite teams
• Consult with clients, understanding their projects needs and ensure they are completed to their standard
• Primarily an office based, with travel to sites as and when required

The Person:

• Experience in an operations, leadership role
• Experience in the construction / civils industry
• Experience in implementing new software systems, companywide
