An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading Hinckley based manufacturing company who specialise in products for the Aerospace, Automotive, Rail and Oil and Gas industries for a聽Production Technician with soldering and assembly experience.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Production聽Manager the聽Production聽Technician will be responsible for Building and Testing Assemblies on聽a range of existing electro-mechanical products. You will also be responsible for soldering to a good standard.
THE CANDIDATE
In order to succeed in the role of聽Production Technician you will need聽Soldering and assembly聽experience with an interest in engineering and technical products.
Other Skills that will be useful are:
路Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly
路Ability to solder to a good standard聽
路Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colours
路Experience in a production environment
路Ability to read assembly drawings and wiring schedules
