Chartered/Senior Structural Engineer - Lead a New Satellite Office in Leicester

An established engineering consultancy is seeking a Chartered or Incorporated Senior Structural Engineer with at least 6+ years' industry experience to lead the development of a new satellite office in Hinkley, Leicestershire. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role within a growing organization, with the potential for shareholder involvement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of various building structures, including residential extensions, new builds, and small commercial projects (up to five storeys).
  • Conduct structural surveys and prepare reports on building defects such as cracks, subsidence, fire damage, impact, and storm damage.
  • Manage and oversee the technical delivery of projects, working closely with senior management.
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the Leicester office, contributing to the company's strategic growth.


Candidate Requirements:
