Based in Hinckley, this warm, welcoming space supports young people aged 8-18 with short-term placements while their needs are fully assessed.

???? Just 3 young people at a time, so you can give focused, quality care�? Build trust, independence & resilience�? Create memorable experiences & help them grow socially & emotionally

You’ll be based in Hinckley but should be open to working in Coalville or Syston if needed ????

?? Your Day-to-Day

?? Build nurturing, trusting relationships???????? Work closely with families & professionals�? Help with daily routines like cooking, cleaning & organising?? Keep accurate records and notes?? Follow safeguarding policies at all times�? Promote a safe, positive environment

? What You’ll Need

�? Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare - or be ready to work towards it?? A positive mindset and a drive to make a difference?? Solid understanding of safeguarding principles? Flexibility to do shifts, sleep-ins, weekends & bank holidays�? Experience working with children is a bonus, but not essential if you’ve got the right attitude!
