- The role offers uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £45,000 per year, and top performers earning over £60,000.
- Candidates must have previous face-to-face sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and possess a full UK Driving Licence.
- The job involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, arranging test drives, and providing excellent service.
- Working hours are 5 days a week, including weekends, with 28 days of holiday and training support provided.
Permanent role, Uncapped Comission (realistic OTE of £45,000 P/A)
Top Performers are achieving £60,000+
Duties:
- Welcoming Customers to the showroom and offering support.
- Understanding what the customer wants to be able to match them to the right vehicle.
- Deliver a top quality service from start to finish.
- Arranging test drives.
- Upselling.
About the candidate:
- Must have previous experience in Face to Face sales. (automotive or a similar industry).
- You must be driven.
- You must be approachable and friendly.
- You must be able to adapt to strike up conversation with various different people.
- You must have a full UK Driving Licence.

Working hours:
- 5 days out of 7 (Weekends are required).
- Opening hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm on Saturday annd 10am - 4pm on Sunday.
