Are you a commercially minded Senior Product Manager with a background in engineering or manufactured goods?

This is a rare senior-level role at a UK manufacturing HQ, leading product strategy for a portfolio of mechanical components used in critical infrastructure across global markets.

As Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping product direction, driving innovation and taking full commercial ownership of product performance. This is a hands-on role where your decisions will directly influence revenue growth, margin improvement and defence of the P&L.

What You'll Be Doing as Senior Product Manager:
  • Leading product strategy and New Product Development (NPD) from concept through to launch
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, using market data and feedback to guide product direction
  • Scoping and pitching business cases for CAPEX investment
  • Collaborating with commercial, operations and supply chain teams to meet P&L targets
  • Managing product lifecycle performance across international markets
  • Supporting monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) and forecasting cycles
  • Leading regional and customer-specific initiatives to improve product line performance
  • Supporting product launches and engineering change processes
  • Conducting detailed financial reporting, forecasting and margin analysis
  • Identifying opportunities for growth in existing and new markets
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree in an engineering or business-related discipline
  • Proven experience in product management of engineering or manufactured goods
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Advanced Excel and high proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving strategic change
  • Ability to work independently and influence across departments
