Were looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our beautiful 2 Rosette restaurant. This is a business youll be proud to represent a farm-to-fork concept that champions exceptional produce, warm hospitality, and flawless service.

As Restaurant Manager, youll work hand-in-hand with the Head Chef to deliver an outstanding dining experience, ensuring smooth service and memorable moments for every guest. Wine knowledge is essential, as youll play a key role in guiding pairings and elevating the experience through thoughtful recommendations.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or strong Assistant ready to step up) in a high-quality dining environment.

• Solid knowledge of wine and wine pairings.
