Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

- Proven experience in a restaurant management or General Manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, sales, and profitability.

- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Full knowledge of food safety and a valid UK visa.
