The Role As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the business — driving sales, managing performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of our brand standards. You will lead by example, creating a positive and engaging culture where your team can thrive, and our guests enjoy truly memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a positive workplace culture, leading, motivating and developing your team.
- Maintain high operational standards across food, beverage and service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, costs, and full P&L responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Deliver a guest experience that reflects our brand ethos of quality, warmth, and professionalism.
- Take pride in every dish and drink served — ensuring it meets specification every time.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant, pub, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse team.
- Commercially astute, confident managing budgets, costs, and driving sales performance.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Organised, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of stock control and food safety procedures.
- Flexible, reliable, and punctual with a valid UK visa.
