Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Technical Operators to join a production team in a busy packing line environment. The role involves operating machinery, carrying out minor technical adjustments, and supporting the engineering team to maintain smooth production and consistent product quality.
Key Duties:
- Operate packing line equipment to achieve daily production targets.
- Carry out minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and line efficiency.
- Identify and, where trained, resolve minor technical and mechanical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the engineering team.
- Support production teams during breakdowns by assisting with troubleshooting.
- Contribute to ongoing training and knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Operate as a production or machine operator when not carrying out technical tasks.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in a production or packing environment.
- Basic mechanical and technical understanding.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical capability.
