Job Title: Welder/Fabricator – TIG & MIG (Aluminium & Steel)

Key Skills & Attributes
We’re looking for a flexible, energetic individual with a proactive approach to welding and fabrication in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate all equipment safely and in accordance with standard procedures.
  • TIG weld aluminium 
  • MIG or TIG weld steel 
  • Perform general fabrication tasks including cutting, drilling, sawing, and metalwork.
  • Identify and report defects in products, tools, or consumables.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Accurately interpret technical drawings.
  • Restock materials and maintain workstation readiness.
  • Support other teams in production and dispatch as needed.
  • Fabricate components required for customer orders.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience.
  • Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding and sheet metal work.
  • Ability to read and interpret machine drawings accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with hand tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities or deadlines.
