Role Profile

Are you a skilled finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Group Finance Manager to join our dynamic Group Reporting team within Group Finance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our 2025 year-end reporting process and audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the month-end financial reporting process to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assisting in the production of the Annual Report and Accounts, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Analyzing and interrogating financial information to identify trends and variances.
  • Preparing papers to support accounting judgments as part of the 2025 year-end process.
  • Liaising with Divisions to gather crucial information, ensuring the year-end reporting process is completed accurately and on time.
  • Overseeing the preparation of subsidiary financial statements.
  • Addressing any other ad-hoc items required by the team to support our objectives.

Skills & Experience:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within a group finance environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and working with auditors would be advantageous.
