Early Years Practitioner Salary
- £12.50-£13.25 per hour (Depending on experience/qualifications/degree/age)

FLEXIBLE Days/Hours options: (1 hour lunch, Permanent and All Year Round)
- 41 Hours across 4.5 days
- 36 Hours across 4 days
- 25 Hours across 5 days (8-1pm or 1-6pm)
- Full Time Shifts will be between 8-6pm
*Please not we cannot accommodate term time or school hours
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
- Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
- Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
- Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
- Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.
About YouThe ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
- Be eligible to work in the UK
