Early Years Practitioner Salary

  • £12.50-£13.25 per hour (Depending on experience/qualifications/degree/age)

FLEXIBLE Days/Hours options: (1 hour lunch, Permanent and All Year Round)

  • 41 Hours across 4.5 days
  • 36 Hours across 4 days
  • 25 Hours across 5 days (8-1pm or 1-6pm)
  • Full Time Shifts will be between 8-6pm

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
  • Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
  • Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
  • Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.

About YouThe ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
  • Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
