We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school specialising in social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding Teaching Assistant role offers the chance to make a real difference to young people's lives, with training provided.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting teaching, learning, and personal development in small groups and 1:1.
- Helping students build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
- Working inside and outside of the classroom to support SEMH needs and build trusted relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored strategies.
- Acting as a role model and championing progress for a key group of pupils.

- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
- Experience supporting young people in an education, care, youth worker, medical or social work positions previously would transfer well into this position
