Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm, Term-time only

We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school specialising in social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding Teaching Assistant role offers the chance to make a real difference to young people's lives, with training provided.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting teaching, learning, and personal development in small groups and 1:1.
  • Helping students build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
  • Working inside and outside of the classroom to support SEMH needs and build trusted relationships with pupils and colleagues.
  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored strategies.
  • Acting as a role model and championing progress for a key group of pupils.
