I'm looking for a flexible and part-time opportunity where I can bring my skills as an adaptable and proactive Accounts Assistant to a busy finance team. I enjoy variety in my work and thrive in fast-paced environments-whether it's helping with credit control, scanning and uploading invoices, or supporting payroll tasks, I'm always ready to step in and contribute wherever I'm needed.
This kind of role suits me perfectly, as I take pride in being a capable and dependable finance administrator. I enjoy supporting senior colleagues and being part of a team where I can make a meaningful impact through my hands-on, can-do approach.Although this position starts out as temporary to permanent, I'm excited by the opportunity to join a growing, fast-moving SME that offers real potential for progression. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a stand alone Finance Manager with all admin duties, working confidently on excel
- Scanning and uploading invoices into the system
- Supporting with payroll duties
- Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and other general accounts admin duties where required
Who we are looking for:
- A proactive and flexible Accounts Assistant with a can-do attitude
- Confident user of excel
- Comfortable with a variety of accounting tasks and happy to pitch in wherever necessary
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to adapt to the needs of the business in a fast-paced and growing environment
