Sonic Summary

The job position is for a qualified Plasterer Multi based in Romford and surrounding areas.
The role requires experience in residential properties and skills in plastering, with additional skills in tiling and painting being advantageous.
Candidates must possess a driver's license and preferably an asbestos awareness certificate, along with good social and customer service skills.
The salary for this position is £38,500 per annum, with opportunities for overtime available.
Applicants should be willing to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a maximum travel time of 20 minutes to job sites.

Plastering - all aspects including ceilings
An advantage would be Tiling - Walls
Painting

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Plasterer:

Experience in residential properties
Good social skills
Good customer service
Asbestos awareness certificate desired
DBS check
Drivers Licenses
Qualifications desired
