Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a dedicated team, ensuring excellent service standards.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations including managing stock, ordering, and budgeting.
• Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
• Delivering an outstanding food and drinks offering.
• Building a loyal local customer base and attracting new guests.
• Creating and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Implementing health & safety standards and company policies.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in a hospitality setting.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
• A passion for excellent food, drink, and customer service.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a lead from the front attitude.
