Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a dedicated team, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations including managing stock, ordering, and budgeting.
- Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
- Delivering an outstanding food and drinks offering.
- Building a loyal local customer base and attracting new guests.
- Creating and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Implementing health & safety standards and company policies.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in a hospitality setting.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- A passion for excellent food, drink, and customer service.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a lead from the front attitude.
