About the Role:

We are seeking a calm, consistent, and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a bright and creative Year 2 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and traits of ADHD.

They have effective systems in place, including weekly behaviour tracking and review meetings, to ensure consistent support and development for both staff and pupils.



Requirements

  • Experience in a similar 1:1 or SEN support role (essential).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil wellbeing and growth
