My client are a national earthworks and civils contractor. They are looking to onboard a Project manager due to an increase in their order book. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and knowledge of earthworks.
Project manager responsibilities:
- Senior manager with daily responsibility for multiple schemes up to 5million
- Interface with client
- Overall responsibility for Staff & Heavy Plant Resources on Multiple Schemes
- Commercial Management
- Appointment and management of sub-contractors
- Preparation and implementation of ITP
- Overseeing Engineering requirements
- Programming
- H&S Management
Project manager requirements:
- Driving Licence (required)
- NEBOSH Health & Safety Management for Construction (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- CSCS Manager (preferred)
- SMSTS (preferred)
- Street Works Card (preferred)
- Construction Site Management Level 6 Diploma (preferred)
- Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
- Degree Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Temporary Works Coordinator Training (preferred)
- Appointed Person Lifting Operations (preferred)
- Construction Design Management (preferred)
- DBS Check (required)
