My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, relaxed environment and is looking to grow within a well-established financial services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support to Financial Advisers, assisting with new business processing and ongoing client servicing.
- Maintain and update client records in our internal database.
- Prepare client documentation including review packs (via Dynamic Planner), illustrations, and valuations.
- Process new business applications, fund switches, income payments, and withdrawals.
- Liaise with product providers to track progress and keep clients informed.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience with Dynamic Planner is highly desirable.
What We Offer:
- Full-time; Permanent
- Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing annually to 25 days with service.
