Alexander Lloyd are hiring for a - Credit Controller - Full-Time, Permanent position based in Horsham (Office-Based) Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 + Rotational Saturdays
We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-paced team handling collections, payments, and customer queries. You'll manage the full credit control process, set up payment plans, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service.
What you'll need:
- 3+ years' experience in credit control or collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-focused, resilient, and target-driven
Benefits:
- 500 bonus after probation
- Up to 30k DOE
