Bid and Proposal Manager
60,000 - 70,000 annual salary
As a Bid and Proposal Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Leading and coordinating the entire bid, estimation and tender management process
- Leading story boarding sessions and facilitating bid review meetings
- Leading the commercial team and training other colleagues as required
As a Bid and Proposal Manager you will have:
- Experience as a Bid Manager or similar role within social housing
- A successful track record of delivering tendering and bids on large-scale contracts
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to assess bid opportunities
- Knowledge of fire protection and social housing regulations
