Our client, a market-leading local independent Estate Agency, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established Horsham sales team.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who loves estate agency and who thrives in a competitive sales environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Winning sales listings at the right price and fee
- Negotiating sales deals effectively
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilising local knowledge to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintaining a professional and articulate representation of the company
- Working collaboratively within the team to meet targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Previous property listing experience
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent sales ability with a positive attitude
- High level of customer service and good telephone manner
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of Horsham and surrounding areas helpful
- Full driving license essential; own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
