As a Social Worker, you will:
- Work across various teams including Childrens Safeguarding, Assessments, Children with Complex Needs, and Fostering.
- Be part of a new non-case holding specialist edge of care team.
- Contribute to strategic changes aimed at improving children's services.
- Collaborate with supportive colleagues who have also relocated to the islands.
- Manage a reasonable caseload with the backing of a dedicated management team.
