As Marketing Assistant, you’ll support day-to-day marketing activity across digital, print, PR, and events. You’ll play a key part in promoting projects, engaging with stakeholders, and championing the company’s mission to deliver social, environmental, and economic value.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, paid social, print, and email channels
  • Manage and grow organic social media presence
  • Assist in planning and attending exhibitions, community consultations, and trade events
  • Create compelling content including press releases, social media posts, and website updates
  • Support stakeholder engagement and brand consistency across all platforms
  • Contribute to team planning sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCEYou’ll be a motivated and creative marketer, keen to get stuck in and contribute to a meaningful mission. A strong communicator with a collaborative approach, you’ll be confident managing multiple tasks and willing to travel to support the wider marketing and engagement programme.What You’ll Bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Experience in organic and paid social media, digital advertising and/or content creation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others across teams
  • A passion for sustainability, energy, and community-focused work
  • A hands-on approach and a willingness to support events and stakeholder activity
  • A UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK (including overnight stays approx. twice per month)
