We have a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing specialist international logistics providers to the events, sport and entertainment industries comprised of a passionate team of leading industry experts.

Our client is looking for someone to join their hardworking carnet team who are responsible for managing and overseeing the issuing, processing, and tracking of ATA Carnets, (international customs documents used for temporary importation of goods)

Duties will include -

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of carnet applications this will include logging, returning, tracking claims and posting carnets to customers.

Provide guidance to clients and colleagues on carnet regulations and requirements.

Jointly monitor the carnet inbox. Liaise with the chambers to resolve any issues

Additional tasks will include meeting and greeting clients and helping to organise company socials.

Essential skills and experience:

1 year's office administration experience.

Good Telephone Manner

Excellent computer MS Excel & Ms Outlook) & communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Out Going personality Team Player

Hours Mon - Fri 0900 - 1730
