As the Assistant Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and running promotional campaigns on social media to increase brand visibility.

Duties Include:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales strategies. • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. • Run social media promotions and campaigns to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve growth targets. • Support the Business Development Manager with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development or logistics. • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Experience using Salesforce for lead management and CRM. • A "can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client relations. • Social media savvy, with the ability to create and manage engaging campaigns. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.
