We are currently seeking an experienced Export Coordinator with a strong background in perishable goods handling and solid understanding of import operations to join a fast-paced and professional freight forwarder based near Heathrow. This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off day shifts. The ideal candidate will be confident working with CargoWise and handling shipments from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:-
Coordinate and manage export of perishable airfreight shipments from start to finish

Handle all documentation, including AWBs, customs entries, and export declarations

Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and compliant shipments

Process bookings and cargo tracking using CargoWise

Ensure temperature-sensitive cargo is handled correctly and complies with all regulations

Support the import team as needed, including processing import entries and deliveries

Ensure compliance with HMRC and airline security requirements

Work collaboratively with warehouse and transport teams to meet deadlines

Previous experience in airfreight exports, especially with perishable goods

Working knowledge of import procedures and customs clearance

CargoWise experience is essential

Ability to manage high volumes of shipments with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (07:00-19:00)
