Prospero Teaching is seeking a well-qualified and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Hounslow. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a Computing Lead role, starting in September 2025.



The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have a proven track record of securing excellent results in GCSE and A-Level Computer Science
  • Inspire and lead high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Be a dynamic, ambitious educator capable of building on the subject's current success
  • Have experience effectively supporting students with a range of SEN, behavioural, and academic needs


Experience, Training and Qualifications:

  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent qualification required
  • Previous teaching experience in a UK school
  • Recent Safeguarding training (within the last 12 months), or willingness to complete this through Prospero


To Be Eligible Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:

  • Be willing to register and complete the full vetting process
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
  • Provide two professional references related to working with children
