We are working with a forward-thinking, values-driven primary school in West London that is looking for enthusiastic, reflective, and dedicated graduates to join their team in September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. You'll work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support, help to run targeted interventions, and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive school environment.
The Role:
Supporting pupils' academic and personal development within the classroom
Delivering tailored interventions to support key students
Helping to maintain a positive and well-organised learning environment
Assisting with supervision during break times and lunchtimes
Building strong relationships with students, staff, and families
Supporting the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils
About You:
A degree in Education Studies or similar (completed or completing by summer 2025)
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop professionally
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Committed to inclusion, equality, and the belief that all children can succeed
