Part-Time Music Specialist Teacher - Inspire Young Minds Through Music!

Location: Hounslow, Heston
Pay: 85-100 per day (PAYE)
Days: 2-3 days per week
Contract: Until the end of the academic year

Envision Education is seeking a passionate and creative Music Specialist Teacher to join a welcoming primary school and inspire pupils through the power of music! This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week) running for the remainder of the academic year.

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive music lessons across the primary age range, leading pupils in singing, rhythm, and instrumental activities. The ideal candidate will specialise in at least one instrument (such as the guitar) and have a genuine enthusiasm for developing children's confidence and creativity through music.

What the role involves:

  • Teaching inspiring music lessons across KS1 and KS2

  • Leading singing, rhythm, and performance sessions

  • Encouraging pupils to develop their musical skills and self-expression

  • Supporting whole-school music initiatives, concerts, and assemblies

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching or leading music with children (school-based experience desirable)

  • Specialism in at least one instrument (e.g. guitar, piano, or similar)

  • Music graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
