Job role: Asbestos Surveyor
Package: 240-250 a day, millage covered
Location: West London area
The Opportunity:

Our client are a northern based company who have recently won a contract in the West London area. As they're wanting to hire someone in the area, the successful candidate will ultimately get a lions-share of this long term contract and not have to worry about work for the foreseeable.
The job:
- Conducting asbestos surveys on domestic properties.
- Identifying and sampling suspect asbestos materials.
- Documenting ACM location, extent, and condition.
- Producing clear and accurate survey reports.
- Following health and safety procedures (PPE).
- Communicating with clients and residents.
- Maintaining survey equipment.
- Keeping up with asbestos regulations.
To be considered for this role, you need:
- At least 12 months of relevant experience
- P402 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
