Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a national provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord , to appoint an experienced disrepair surveyor to join their busy property team covering Surrey.

You will be responsible for pre and post inspections,specifications, & clientside contractor managementto ensure Complex Repair work & Disrepair casesin your designated area completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
