I am working closely with a superb business based in Brighton to recruit a permanent and full-time management accountant.
This position would favour a Part-Qualified (or qualified-by-experience applicant) who has good varied finance experience, as well as management accounting knowledge, and they are now keen to step into a role whereby they can take ownership of some management reports.

- P&L Reconciliation
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Maintaining the fixed-asset register
- Assisting with the Budgeting and Forecasting process

The ideal candidate for this role, will...
- Have at least 3-4 years' varied finance experience, including exposure to management accounts
- Possess strong Excel skills and be confident in the manipulation of data
- Have excellent attention to detail and be more than happy to deal with "the detail" of Purchase/Sales Ledger work
- Be ACCA, ACA, CIMA Part-Qualified- although those that are AAT qualified or qualified by experience will also be considered (provided they have lots of relevant experience)
- Be a confident communicator
