We're working with a long-standing client in the maintenance & fall protection who are looking to appoint a Contract Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused role and is keen to make an impact on contract delivery and performance.

The Role:
This is a key role where you'll take ownership of managing contract performance and ensuring that all works are booked in, delivered on time, and within budget. You'll work closely with the Technical Managers to coordinate resources and ensure projects meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple maintenance and installation contracts.

- Track and manage contract budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Â
- Schedule works and ensure projects are delivered to agreed timescales.
Â
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Â
- Monitor KPIs and project milestones, resolving any issues that arise.
Â
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with H&S requirements.
Â
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in contract or project management, ideally within Facilities Management or mainatnance
- Strong budget management and organisational skills.
Â
- Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
Â
- Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
Â
- Background in roofing, fall protection, or lightning protection is a bonus but not essential.

- £34,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
