Job Title: Part-Time Electrician

About the Company
Our client is a growing food and drinks manufacturing business with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Electrician to join their team and support the ongoing maintenance and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) across the facility

• Inspect, test, and maintain emergency lighting systems

• Carry out general electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely

• Ensure all work meets current electrical regulations and health & safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365, 18th Edition or equivalent)

• PAT Testing certification or relevant experience preferred but not needed

• Experience in a commercial or industrial setting 

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures and standards
