Key responsibilities:
- Conduct fitting of parts/sub assemblies to the highest standard
- Write SOPs for best practice.
- Provide training to team members.
- Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on various projects.
- Advise on potential improvements to increase efficiency.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest mechanical best practices and concepts.
Profile
A successful Mechanical Fitter/Quality Control should have:
- Relevant education in Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with industrial and manufacturing systems.
- Experience writing SOPs and providing training is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
