HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver

Job Overview
Red Recruitment Group is currently seeking experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join a growing operation based in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers to work with a well-established team, delivering a range of goods across the UK.

Duties

• Operating Curtain side HGVs for general haulage deliveries nationwide
• Delivering products safely and efficiently while adhering to road safety regulations and speed limits
• Loading and unloading goods some manual handling may be required
• Completing and maintaining accurate vehicle records
• Reporting any defects or issues promptly to ensure compliance and roadworthiness

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving license
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
• Experience with curtain side vehicles and general haulage preferred
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility for early morning starts and overnight tramping
