First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineering Lecturer:
As an Engineering Lecturer, you’ll deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to apprentices and adult learners. This role is primarily classroom-based, guiding learners through topics such as:
- Mechanical principles & engineering maths.
- Engineering science & design.
- Fluid mechanics & CAD.
- Health & safety and lean manufacturing.
- Professional engineering management.
- Production engineering.
- Quality and process improvements.
- Supervising level 3 & 4 engineering projects and level 5 research projects.
Skills and Qualifications for the Mechanical Engineering Lecturer:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Significant industry experience.
- Strong technical and IT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for teaching and developing others.
- Teaching experience is not required as full training and support will be provided.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
- All successful candidates must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
