A leading UK food manufacturer supplying premium products to major grocery retailers and food service providers is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to join their growing team at a high-capacity site near Hull. This facility is undergoing significant investment to expand its capabilities and increase automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your production line team to achieve daily targets and key metrics.

  • Maximise line efficiency, product quality, and use of labour and equipment.

  • Perform pre-operational checks and ensure high standards of hygiene and compliance.

  • Monitor break times, maintain accurate records, and report deviations.

  • Collaborate with QAs and other departments to resolve issues promptly.

  • Coach and support operators to meet quality standards and line performance goals.

  • Understand and react to hourly performance vs. plan.

  • Background in food manufacturing or FMCG production.

  • Proven team leadership skills within a factory or production environment.

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
