Are you an organised and detail-driven professional looking for your next challenge in a growing commercial team?

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor Administrator to support a busy Commercial Department in Hull. You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial and commercial records, supporting procurement and reporting activities, and ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support with monthly financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Assist in preparing Project Financial Status Reports
  • Maintain subcontractor commitment trackers and invoicing plans.
  • Contribute to accurate and timely project performance documentation.
  • Manage purchase order placement and track financial activity via the company's IFS system.
  • Create, send, and receipt invoices and purchase orders.
  • Support the finance and project management teams with document control and audit-ready records.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing tender documentation (pre- and post-contract).
  • Support procurement activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Track subcontractor payments in collaboration with the PMO and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate contract and supplier documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a commercial, administrative, or finance support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidence handling numerical data.
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
