This team is known for delivering top-tier client service, nurturing landlord and tenant relationships, and maintaining a reputation for professionalism across the city. The RoleWe're looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager to support and elevate the management of a residential property portfolio across Hull. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring tenancies run smoothly, compliance is airtight, and clients—landlord and tenant alike—feel genuinely supported. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties with complete ownership
  • Conduct routine property inspections and compile detailed reports
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with trusted contractors
  • Ensure all properties comply with current letting legislation and safety standards
  • Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit handling in a timely, professional manner
  • Field and resolve landlord and tenant queries with excellent customer service
  • Coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, ensuring accurate check-in/check-out inspections
  • Maintain meticulous records using property management software and systems
  • Collaborate with lettings and accounts teams to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential property management is essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service focus
  • In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and regulatory compliance
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a proactive team
  • Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, but not essential
