- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties with complete ownership
- Conduct routine property inspections and compile detailed reports
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with trusted contractors
- Ensure all properties comply with current letting legislation and safety standards
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit handling in a timely, professional manner
- Field and resolve landlord and tenant queries with excellent customer service
- Coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, ensuring accurate check-in/check-out inspections
- Maintain meticulous records using property management software and systems
- Collaborate with lettings and accounts teams to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
- Proven experience in residential property management is essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service focus
- In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and regulatory compliance
- The ability to work independently and as part of a proactive team
- Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, but not essential
- Competitive salary: £26,000 - £28,000, DOE (flexible for exceptional candidates)
