Overview
A long-established and well-respected organisation is looking to recruit a Leasing Services Tenancy Manager to join their busy team. This is a key role in helping ensure the smooth running of a varied property portfolio – from lettings coordination through to maintenance, compliance and reporting.
You'll be liaising with contractors, arranging repairs, monitoring refurb projects, and ensuring properties are let efficiently – all while keeping a close eye on health & safety, financial performance, and service quality. It’s a fast-paced, rewarding role for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and working as part of a close-knit team.
Salary starts at £25,750 per annum.
Duties
- Monitor on-site works and liaise with contractors
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Work to agreed budgets and assist with cost control
- Co-ordinate the lettings process and reduce void periods
- Arrange property repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments
- Record and report financial performance related to maintenance and lettings
- Actively support new business development and property growth opportunities
What we’re looking for
A successful candidate would have some experience in property, facilities, estate agency or similar. This role would suit someone who’s practical, well-organised, and confident handling a busy and varied workload.
