As a Service Coordinator, you'll manage a team of remote and site-based engineers, ensuring all service jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage and support a team of remote and on-site service engineers.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee service jobs, including managing engineers diaries.
* Handle warranty issues, breakdowns, and parts coordination.
* Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Maintain service agreements and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Provide technical and administrative support to field engineers and customers.
The successful Service Coordinator should have:
* 4-5 years of experience in a service or engineering coordination role.
* Strong technical understanding and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
